• Which apps you select to block during prayer times (via iOS Family Controls)

• Storage: Stored locally on your device only

• App Blocking: Your selected apps are blocked during prayer times to minimize distractions

4. Third-Party Services

Google AdMob (Advertising)

• Aqimo displays advertisements through Google AdMob
• AdMob may collect your Advertising Identifier (IDFA) if you grant permission via App Tracking Transparency
• This identifier is used to serve personalized advertisements

• Local Storage Only: All data is stored securely in local storage on your device using MMKV
• No Cloud Sync: We do not sync your data to any cloud servers
• No User Accounts: The app does not require account creation or login
• Automatic Cleanup: Prayer records older than 30 days are automatically deleted
• Data Deletion: All data is permanently deleted when you uninstall the app

6. iOS Permissions

Aqimo requests the following iOS permissions:

• Location (Required): Calculate prayer times based on your location
• Motion & Orientation (Required): Determine Qibla direction using device sensors
• Family Controls (Required): Enable app blocking during prayer times
• Notifications (Optional): Send prayer time reminders
• App Tracking Transparency (Optional): Personalize advertisements via AdMob

You can manage these permissions in iOS Settings → Aqimo at any time.

7. Data Retention

• Prayer Records: Automatically deleted after 30 days
• Questionnaire Responses: Automatically deleted after 30 days
• Settings & Preferences: Persist until you delete the app
• Location Data: Not stored permanently; only used for real-time calculations

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access Your Data: All data is stored locally and accessible within the app
• Delete Your Data: Uninstall the app to permanently delete all data
• Opt-Out of Tracking: Disable personalized ads in iOS Settings → Privacy → Tracking
• Revoke Permissions: Manage app permissions in iOS Settings at any time

9. Children's Privacy

Aqimo is suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. All data is stored locally on the device and is not transmitted to our servers.
